Julio comes from a strong financial background with specializations in personal and corporate taxation. He initially began his career in general accounting and later pursued aspirations of providing personal finance and small-business tax consulting, which he continues today. With the growth and dynamic changes of the New York real estate market, Julio expanded his business to include full, comprehensive real estate services to both buyers and sellers. He is a Certified and Licensed Real Estate Broker of New York and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Through several years of experience working as a realtor in New York, Julio has developed numerous exclusive relationships and contacts in the real estate market. Above all, his most important priority is to understand the goals and needs of his clients - working to meet their objectives whether they are buyers, sellers or renters.
For sellers, his services include the active marketing, advertising and showing of the properties and co-ops in addition to the standard work necessary in the process of selling real estate. He is a full-service real estate broker.
For buyers, he provides a thorough consultation with clients to assess their precise wants and needs when buying a home. After the assessment, he discusses current real estate availability, home values, future values and any client concerns. Most importantly, he gives every prospective buyer complete tours of available apartments and co-ops until the client is satisfied and able to make a decision. Clients are under no obligation to buy, and his services to buyers are free of charge.
His ultimate goal with every client is to make the process completely stress-free and to satisfy the client with the end results. Julio lives in the Sunnyside-Woodside area of Queens. He is fluent in Spanish.
